Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an FX Venue Onboarding Senior Analyst in Manila to facilitate onboarding of clients to FXall, Matching and Workspace. You will collaborate with product, relationship management, sales, technology and business teams to ensure timely onboarding of customers and liquidity providers onto our markets.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Validated customer service skills and experience.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience in customer-focused environments with defined processes.
• FX market experience and understanding of FX products.
• Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• Experience in onboarding roles with customer reference data.
• Willing to work across APAC, EMEA and AMERS hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to onboard FX customers onto LSEG platforms.
• Resolve complex client queries and escalate high-impact risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product changes to ensure service quality.
• Onboard new buy-side clients and new sell-side providers to FXall, Matching and Workspace.
• Offboard customers from FXall, Matching and Workspace platforms.
• Onboard customers to NDF Matching and manage participant data.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams for Price Stream Entitlement requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Support, Dev, Professional Services, Product and Regulatory teams.
