The role requires solid knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, excellent people management skills, and the ability to manage client expectations and deliver quality service.
Benefits & Administration
Oversee day-to-day Benefits and HR Administration activities, including HMO, insurance, leave, government-mandated benefits, and employee benefits programs.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Review benefits processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
Monitor reports, records, and benefits-related documentation to ensure accuracy.
People Management
Lead, coach, and develop the Benefits Administration team to achieve operational and service targets.
Delegate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Address employee concerns, performance issues, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure team members understand processes, policies, service standards, and performance expectations.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Client Management
Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding Benefits Administration and HR-related concerns.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and ensure that agreed service levels and deliverables are consistently met.
Manage client expectations, concerns, escalations, and service-related issues through timely resolution.
Conduct regular client discussions or business reviews and provide updates on team performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or a related field, with supervisory or managerial experience.
Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
Experience handling clients, stakeholders, or external accounts is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HMO, insurance, employee benefits, and government-mandated benefits.
Good understanding of Philippine labor and benefits regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
