Job summary

Prudential Life UK in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Training & Activation Specialist to drive agent activation and productivity. You will lead training initiatives, coordinate with agency leaders and MDRT officers, and implement programs to boost performance and market share.

You will monitor activation metrics, ensure training attendance, and support the Agent Academy initiatives. Fluency in English and Filipino, plus strong presentation and leadership skills, are essential.

Qualifications

College degree required; Behavioral Science or Management preferred.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficient in English and Filipino; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and monitor agent activation and productivity; implement programs to improve them.
Maintain high activation levels among agents performing 4 in 30 and 12 in 90.
Coordinate with agency leaders and directors to promote productivity and training initiatives.
Provide data and feedback to sales leadership; support training and marketing teams.
Manage activation and productivity budgets; design cost-efficient programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and training obligations.
