Cosmetique Asia Corporation invites an experienced Assistant IT Manager to oversee the company’s IT Infrastructure, SAP/FICO systems, and cybersecurity operations in Manila. You will plan, implement, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise technology services to ensure reliability and security across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, 3–5 years in IT leadership, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms, disaster recovery, and risk-based security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 3–5 years in a managerial IT role overseeing infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud, storage, backup, and DR.
• Hands-on SAP administration with SAP FICO integration experience.
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs, risk assessment, and policy enforcement.
• Strong project, vendor, and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and drive initiatives.

Job Summary

The Assistant IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT Infrastructure, SAP/FICO systems, and Cybersecurity operations to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of technology services. This role leads the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and information security programs.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Managerial role in IT management, infrastructure operations, and enterprise systems support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on experience in SAP administration and support, with strong understanding of SAP FICO processes and integration.
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs, including risk assessment, security policies, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Strong project management, vendor management, and budget planning skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT teams and managing technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of business continuity planning and IT governance best practices.
