Interphil Laboratories, Inc. is looking for an experienced Information Technology Manager who will lead the planning, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the IT Manager will oversee application systems, network infrastructure, data communications, IT security, and technology projects across the organization. The role will also ensure that IT operations remain aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and the company’s Quality Management System.
Manage the availability, reliability, and efficient operation of IT applications, LAN/WAN networks, data communications, and infrastructure.
Ensure proper maintenance and control of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT resources.
Develop, maintain, and regularly test the company’s IT Disaster Recovery Plan.
Implement appropriate information security measures and safeguard confidential company data.
Provide technical leadership in integrating IT solutions with business processes and organizational requirements.
Lead and oversee the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), systems enhancement, integration, and re-engineering initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend software, hardware, and technology solutions based on business requirements, operational effectiveness, and cost-benefit considerations.
Identify and implement technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and cost management.
Lead, coach, and manage IT personnel and contractors, including IT Systems, Network & Communications, Business Applications, Programming, SAP, and Technical Support teams.
Develop annual IT goals, strategic plans, implementation roadmaps, and departmental budgets.
Monitor IT expenditures and ensure effective utilization of the IT budget.
Conduct technology-related training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and capability-building programs for employees and managers.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, external audits, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain Computer Systems Validation (CSV) plans, IT policies, procedures, and controls.
Ensure IT systems and infrastructure are aligned with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, EHS, and QMS requirements.
Support root cause analysis, risk assessment, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in IT, Master in Information Technology (MIT), MBA, or related advanced degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT management, preferably with experience in:
Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Network and infrastructure management
Systems re-engineering and integration
IT project management
IT operations and service management
Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred, particularly in Pharmaceutical, Food, or Cosmetics.
Strong knowledge of ERP, Financial, Business Warehouse, and manufacturing applications, preferably SAP.
Working knowledge of Client/Server architecture, LAN/WAN communications, and database management.
Familiarity with MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, RDBMS, ABAP, SQL procedures/codes, and .NET is an advantage.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001:2015, EHS, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, leadership, and performance management capabilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
