Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation seeks an experienced HR professional to lead people operations in Tacloban. The role requires 3–5 years progressive HR experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

You will handle recruitment, payroll coordination, and policy development while coaching managers on performance and disciplinary matters. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business or related field, plus HR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• Professional certification in HR (CHRP/CPHR) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits, payroll coordination, and performance management.
• Experience in developing HR policies and employee engagement programs.
• Ability to coach supervisors on performance and disciplinary matters.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits, payroll and attendance, ensuring compliance with PH laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee engagement programs.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance issues and disciplinary actions.

Job description

• Experience in the hospitality, hotel, or service industry is preferred.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement.
