Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. in Rosales Pangasinan is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

You will manage employee relations, performance processes, training programs, and labor law compliance while contributing to organizational development and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience as a Generalist or in Labor Relations.
• Retail or FMCG industry experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Discretion with sensitive HR information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mid-management to align HR strategies with long-term objectives.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management, including goal setting and reviews.
• Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate workshops.
• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Assist organizational development initiatives: restructuring, change management, succession planning.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
