BACHA COFFEE PTE LTD in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant F&B Retail Manager to lead daily operations across our Coffee House and Boutiques. You will coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities, supervise staff, manage rosters, and ensure top-quality service for every guest.

This role requires attention to food safety, inventory control, cash handling, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B retail operations and guest service.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate front/back-of-house activities.
• Strong focus on food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the Coffee House & Boutiques.
• Ensure grooming standards and SOP adherence by all staff.
• Prepare weekly rosters and maintain service standards.
• Supervise service staff to ensure timely and friendly guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, take orders, and coordinate kitchen/service staff.
• Direct and coordinate activities between kitchen and service staff.
• Oversee coffee services and catered events, ensuring neatness of ware.
• Assist in setup/clear down and ensure compliance with SFA food safety rules.
• Record daily sales, inventory, and keep product catalog updated.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager in managing the operations of the Coffee House & Boutiques ensuring daily smooth operations
• Ensure all staff are meeting the Company grooming standards and monitor the standard of procedure adhered on a daily basis
• Prepare the Roster on a weekly basis
• Ensure all service staff are communicated correctly and meeting all established standards of service consistently
• Responsible, friendly and efficient services client services to all guests and attending to customers’ needs, and inquiries
• Process guests' orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
• Direct and coordinate the activities between kitchen and service staff
• Supervise coffee services and catered events, ensuring neatness and cleanliness of service ware
• Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of Coffee House & Boutiques operations
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed according to SFA's policy
• Ensure waste is minimized and properly recorded
• Handling of cash, POS system, and report of take-in-cash when on duty
• Responsible for recording daily sales reports, ensuring all food and beverage items and products are accounted for
• Organize all documentation and reports on shift work on a daily basis
• Responsible for ordering stocks, inventory control, and ensuring the latest products and updated product catalogue is in the Coffee House & Boutiques
• Have the aesthetics and ability to create eye-catching merchandise displays that lead the customer through the entire Coffee House & Boutiques
