Job summary

Valiram is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a luxury retail store in the Philippines. You will drive sales, oversee inventory, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring and training staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining stock integrity. The role requires 5–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or similar environment and a diploma or degree.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
• Work is normally performed in a typical retail environment.
• Required to work in operation hours according to scheduled shift.

Role Description

Manages the day to day operations of a retail store, directs and oversees all store functions.

Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational excellence and people leadership, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment. Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts. Duties include scheduling, hiring, training, and ensuring that staff perform their respective duties correctly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of management experience in luxury goods, or a comparable retail environment and experience in Customer Service.
