Job summary

Aguirre Group of Companies is seeking a Building Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff, contractors, and tenant-facing operations in our facilities. The role includes building repairs, preventative maintenance, safety enforcement, and keeping meticulous records of activities and incidents.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with TESDA Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or Carpentry/Plumbing, good communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision;

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• Must have TESDA Certification for Electrical Installation and Maintenance or TESDA Construction Sector Certifications (Carpentry/Plumbing).
• Experience as a building supervisor/maintenance is a plus.
• Warm personality with great verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Quick learner with critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized and keen to details.
• Preferred place of residency is NCR; if from province, relocation within Metro Manila may be required.

• Maintains records of maintenance, repairs, and other building-related activities

• Attends to minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc. concerns of the building especially during times of emergency
