Job summary

Enlins Bakeshop in Bulacan is seeking a hands-on bakery assistant to support daily production. You will assist the on‑duty baker with ingredient prep, measuring and molding dough, and monitoring mixing processes to ensure consistent output.

You will maintain ingredient logs, support cost control, and work with the team to keep workflows smooth. Prior bakery experience and strong teamwork are essential for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; additional baking courses/training is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• 21 years old or above.
• Hands‑on knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and equipment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with bakers and staff.
• Observant, detail‑oriented, and organized in following processes and tracking production.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, work in a fast‑paced environment, and tolerate hot working conditions.
• Problem‑solving skills to assist in troubleshooting dough or production issues.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new baking techniques or processes.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
