Job summary

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Operations SOP Lead on a 3-month contract to be stationed in Pagbilao, Quezon.

The role focuses on strict documentation, clerical tracking, and auditing of SOP usage by on-site teams, with a primary objective to migrate and format procedures into the AP TBG framework. The successful candidate will manage version control, coordinate with technical heads, and ensure audit readiness for regulators while maintaining the SOP master

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Licensed engineer is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Power or Oil & Gas industries.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google documentation/reporting tools.
• Strong background in document control, clerical auditing, or technical administration.

Responsibilities

• Clerical monitoring and compliance tracking across operations, maintenance, and safety.
• Maintain SOP Master Registry and ensure latest validated versions are used.
• Audit paperwork trails for high-risk processes and log deviations in a tracking system.
