Job summary

Performance Property Advisory and Performance Asset Management, Australian-based businesses, seek an Asset Management Operations Manager in the Philippines to support the Asset Management team with data processing, invoicing, valuations, and reporting.

You will coordinate with Property Managers, log invoice details, monitor notices, maintain records, and help drive automation and rollout of a new Asset Management Database System.

Qualifications

• Operational mindset with proven experience streamlining or optimising manual processes and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear written communication with Property Managers, clients, and IT/Innovation teams.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital filing systems; open to automation tools.
• Ability to follow documented processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactive in flagging issues and process gaps.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or systems implementation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT/Innovation to identify automation opportunities.
• Plan and test the Asset Management Database System to replace legacy systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve tools, templates, and work instructions.
• Support change management and training during system rollouts.
• Receive, review, and store maintenance invoices following standards.
• Log invoice details and reconcile against monthly statements.
• Assess rental valuations using market data and prepare reports.
• Monitor rates, land tax notices, and forward to Property Managers.
• Collate OFI data and store per work instructions.
• Maintain up-to-date records and escalate issues to the Asset Manager.
