Job summary

Transcosmos Asia Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Asset Management Lead in Metro Manila to oversee IT and non-IT assets across sites, driving end-to-end lifecycle management from acquisition to disposal. The role requires meticulous records, PEZA/BOC compliance, and strong stakeholder coordination.

The position is onsite with shifting schedules and requires immediate availability to visit other company sites as needed. Strong Excel data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in Asset Management with exposure to purchasing and PEZA/BOC compliance.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within Asset Management.
• End-to-end asset lifecycle experience from acquisition to disposal.
• Experience handling PEZA and BOC compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with AMS, inventory tools and ticketing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of IT and non-IT assets.
• Oversee end-to-end asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Process asset issuance and retrieval for onboarding and transfers.
• Update asset records and monitor movements, repairs, and disposals.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors for asset procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Support reporting for audit, compliance, and management needs.
• Ensure PEZA/BOC compliance and related documentation.
