BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is seeking two Asset Management Associates for a 1-year project to manage asset information for sites in Toledo City, Cebu and Toril, Davao. The role focuses on asset verification, data collection, and CMMS data integrity.
You will work with maintenance and operations teams to standardize asset data, upload records into Maximo, and ensure compliance with asset management standards and ISO guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is expected.
BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is urgently looking for two (2) ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (1 yr. project-based) to be assigned in (1) Toledo City, Cebu and (1) Toril, Davao.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation)
PRC License preferred but not required. Knowledgeable in Asset Management.
1–2 years of experience in Maintenance, Asset Information Management, or Power Plant Engineering.
Familiarity with asset verification, data collection, and asset management best practices.
Experienced with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or enterprise asset management (EAM) software is an advantage.
Able to understand and translate RDS-PP/KKS coding structures, engineering drawing interpretation (P&IDs), and MOC workflows.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite for documentation and reporting.
Preferably residing within Toril Davo or Toledo, Cebu.
Comfortable to converse in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya would be an advantage.
The Project Associate ensures asset information integrity, standardization, and accuracy of the facility’s asset register, functional hierarchy, and maintenance basis within CMMS.
1. Asset Verification & Data Collection:
Perform on-site physical verification of critical power plant assets, ensuring alignment between actual equipment and asset records:
Utilize available resources such as asset registers, equipment manuals, technical drawings, nameplate data, and historical maintenance records.
Capture supporting documentation including ph0tographs, GPS location (if applicable), and condition notes to validate asset identity and status.
Collect and document asset details such as asset ID, location, condition, manufacturer, model, serial number, capacity, and other key attributes.
Cross-check physical assets against existing asset records in the database or asset register.
2. Data Accuracy & Completeness: (Data Quality Assurance)
Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate asset information and update records accordingly.
Ensure that all mandatory asset data fields are complete, standardized, and aligned with asset management best practices.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies between physical assets and existing documentation. (correct and align)
3. Documentation & Reporting: (Data Governance)
Maintain clear and accurate records of asset verification activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining a structured asset information database.
Establish policies, standards, and procedures for managing asset information across the organization.
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, asset management teams and other stakeholders to ensure asset data accuracy.
Liaise with relevant departments to gather missing information andvalidate asset details.
5. Uploading to CMMS (Maximo):
Ensure verified and updated asset information is accurately uploaded into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Assist in configuring asset hierarchy and data structure in CMMS for optimal usability.
Ensure that existing records in Maximo will be updated, including new assets and assets which are existing but not yet enrolled
Others:
Conforms to the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Asset Management Systems standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55000 Standards.
Reports Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents or potential events, or other security risk to the organization/ committees-in-charge.
Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS Policies.
Maintenance availability, confidentialities, and integrity of documents.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL.
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8hrs./day
