Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years in asset management, inventory control, administrative support, or operations.
• Experience handling employee clearance and resignation processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with asset management systems.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with different departments.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, onsite in McKinley, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare asset data reports of resigned personnel from Head Office, HUB, NW branches, and subsidiaries
• Update asset status in the system for resigned employees (personal and public/company assets)
• Conduct checking and verification of returned assets; manage recycling and inbound processing of old assets
• Coordinate with user departments regarding asset transfer or return from resigned employees
• Monitor and follow up on assets requiring repair; coordinate maintenance and ensure completion within 30 days to avoid delays in resignation clearance
• Coordinate with Group Finance Office to verify original purchase prices of assets
• Prepare deduction lists for non-returned assets and accountabilities for insufficient wage deductions
• Ensure timely completion of resignation-related asset clearance cases
