Job summary

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated Asset Manager in Cubao, Quezon City. The role focuses on managing, tracking, and maintaining the fixed asset portfolio to ensure accurate records and compliant asset lifecycles.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Procurement, and Branch Teams to support asset acquisition, tagging, transfer, reconciliation, and disposal processes while leveraging Excel for data reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training in Fixed Asset Management, Accounting, Inventory Management, or Internal Audit are an advantage.
• Experience managing physical assets across multiple branches, stores, or locations is highly preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, service, or other multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Proven experience in asset acquisition, tagging, transfer, reconciliation, physical inventory, disposal, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Accounting, Operations, Procurement, and Branch Teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation.
