Job summary

Pandr Outsourcing is seeking a Learning Resource and Assessment Specialist to ensure assessment tools and learning resources meet the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025. The role focuses on assessment validation and redevelopment, ensuring compliance and alignment with relevant Training Package units of competency and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience conducting assessment validation and reviews in an RTO.
• Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2025.
• Proven ability to interpret Training Package units of competency.
• Strong understanding of the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence.
• Excellent written communication skills, including ability to produce validation reports.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in systematic validation of assessment tools against the Principles of Assessment.
• Validate assessment tools against the Rules of Evidence.
• Review assessment instruments for alignment with unit requirements and performance criteria.
• Document validation findings using validation reporting templates.
• Identify gaps and non-conformances in assessment resources.
• Create new assessment tasks and simulation packs as required.
• Collaborate with trainers, assessors, and the compliance team to improve assessment quality and learner outcomes.
• Review learner-facing resources for accuracy and currency.
• Ensure resources reflect current industry practice and regulatory requirements.
