Job summary

Fusion360, a premier BPO providing exceptional compliance and consulting services to Australian clients, seeks a Compliance Auditor to join the Projects Team in Makati. You will independently deliver audits, consultations, and reviews across Registration, Non-Registration, and CRICOS-related projects, helping clients achieve regulatory outcomes while upholding high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, consulting, education, quality assurance, project delivery, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client consultations and professional reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Internal Desk Audits to assess project readiness before regulatory lodgment.
• Review compliance documentation, evidence, systems, and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver client consultations, workshops, and training sessions on RTO compliance requirements.
• Provide practical compliance advice, recommendations, and rectification strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct technical compliance reviews and quality assurance activities across assigned projects.
• Support compliance monitoring and audit preparation activities.
• Prepare findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with consultants, coordinators, writers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain current knowledge of VET, CRICOS, ELICOS, ESOS and related requirements.
• Escalate complex, high-risk matters to senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Key Selection Criteria

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, consulting, education, quality assurance, project delivery, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate consultations and prepare professional reports.
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify compliance gaps, risks, and inconsistencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools, and project management platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
• Experience within Australia's Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
• Knowledge of the Standards for RTOs, CRICOS requirements, ELICOS Standards, ESOS Act, and National Code.
• Experience conducting Internal Desk Audits, compliance monitoring activities, or rectification projects.
• Exposure to registration, re-registration, CRICOS, or add-to-scope applications.
• Experience facilitating workshops, consultations, or client training sessions.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters.
