Outsourced.ph is seeking a dedicated LMS/SMS administrator to join our education-focused team in Metro Manila. You will configure and validate assessment tools in aXcelerate and ensure timely delivery of learning tasks.

This role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, strict adherence to procedures, and clear written English, with Monday.com and other tools in daily use. Office-based schedule aligns with our Eastwood location.

Responsibilities

• Build assessment tasks, quizzes and question sets in aXcelerate from approved source documents.
• Configure submission types, attempts, weightings, due dates, visibility and marking workflow.
• Map assessments to the correct units, elements and performance criteria per the approved mapping matrix.
• Test every build in learner and assessor view before release; complete the build checklist.
• Maintain the assessment build register and retire superseded versions.
• Resolve learner and trainer queries about assessment access and submission.
• Manage your work queue in Monday.com and report progress against the build schedule.

The Client

Hader Institute of Education is a highly rated Australian online RTO delivering nationally recognised qualifications in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, and Alcohol and Other Drugs. The Role

Take approved, validated assessment tools and build them into aXcelerate — correctly configured, correctly mapped, thoroughly tested, released on time, and fully traceable.

What You Will Do

• Build assessment tasks, quizzes and question sets in aXcelerate from approved source documents.
• Configure submission types, attempts, weightings, due dates, visibility and marking workflow.
• Map assessments to the correct units, elements and performance criteria per the approved mapping matrix.
• Test every build in learner and assessor view before release; complete the build checklist.
• Maintain the assessment build register and retire superseded versions.

What this role does not do

You will not write or redesign assessment content, mark learner work, make competency judgements, or conduct validation. Content issues are escalated — never corrected in the build.

Essential Criteria

• LMS/SMS administration or e-learning build background.
• Exceptional attention to detail across repetitive, detail-dense work.
• Strong professional written English.
• Follows documented procedure precisely and works within defined authority limits.
• Available full-time.

Desirable

• Hands-on aXcelerate build experience
• Australian RTO experience
• Familiarity with the Standards for rtos 2025 and training packages
• Health and community services qualifications
• SCORM or e-learning authoring
• Monday.com and Aircall
• Awareness of the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence (TAE not required).
