Job summary

Pandr Outsourcing is seeking a Learning and Assessment Writer / Validator in Legazpi, Philippines. The role focuses on validating assessment tools and learning resources to ensure compliance with RTO 2025 standards, and improving materials across multiple training packages.

You will validate tools, review resources, document outcomes, and develop new assessments in collaboration with trainers and the compliance team to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience validating assessment tools in an RTO setting.
• Ability to interpret training packages and units of competency.
• Strong written validation reporting and improvement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation of assessment tools against Principles of Assessment.
• Review learner resources for accuracy, currency and alignment.
• Record validation outcomes and actions in the CIR.
• Create new assessment tasks and simulation packs as required.
• Collaborate with trainers, assessors and compliance team.
