Job summary

Pandr Outsourcing is seeking a Learning and Assessment Writer / Validator to ensure assessment tools and learning resources meet RTO 2025 standards. You will validate, redevelop, and align instruments with unit requirements, working with trainers and the compliance team to drive quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting assessment validation and reviews in an RTO.
• Strong knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2025.
• Ability to interpret Training Package units of competency and assessment requirements.
• Excellent written communication for validation reports.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Desirable: experience developing or reviewing RPL assessment kits.
• Desirable: familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Desirable: experience with LMS in a VET context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in validation of assessment tools against the Principles of Assessment.
• Validate tools against the Rules of Evidence.
• Review assessment instruments including RPL tools.
• Confirm alignment with unit of competency requirements and performance criteria.
• Evaluate evidence to support competence judgments across elements.
• Conduct pre-use validation of new or updated tools.
• Identify gaps and non-conformances in resources.
• Document validation findings using templates in CIR.
• Review learner-facing resources for accuracy and currency.
• Verify alignment with legislative and regulatory requirements.
