Cambridge University Press & Assessment is hiring an Assessment Processing Administrator in Makati City, Metro Manila. The role supports Entries and Marks, with a hybrid work setup and a 3PM–11PM Manila schedule, overlapping UK hours.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience in Administration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Experience following multiple processes in an administrative role.
• Keen eye for data processing, reporting and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Deliver operational processes accurately and on time, including entries, amendments, and candidate updates.
• Maintain data accuracy through candidate linking, carried-forward checks and resolutions.
• Carry out marks keying and marks chasing with high attention to detail and efficiency.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and work independently when needed.
