Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Manila is seeking an Assessment Processing Administrator for a permanent, hybrid role. The position runs Monday to Friday, 3PM–11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK hours, with two days in the office in Makati City.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience in Administration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Keen eye for details, particularly data processing and reporting quality checks.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Deliver agreed operational processes accurately and on time, including entries, amendments, and candidate updates.
• Maintain data accuracy through candidate linking, carried-forward checks, and resolutions.
• Carry out marks keying and marks chasing with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and work independently when needed.
