Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Manila is hiring a Finance Assistant for the Assessment Specialist Payment Team. The role supports payment processing and provides customer support to Assessment Specialists in a hybrid setup with in-office presence two days a week.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication and confidentiality in handling payments.
• Ability to work with staff and suppliers at all levels.
• Strong computer literacy for spreadsheets and financial software.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Validation and processing of cost and expense claims according to regulations.
• Taking ownership of a high volume of queries.
• Maintaining the cost database.
• Providing customer support to Assessment Specialists.
• General administrative duties.

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 24,000 to Php 30,000

Working under the supervision of one of the Assessment Specialist Leads, you will be responsible for:

• Validation and processing of cost and expense claims according to the organization regulations and business unit guidelines.
• Taking ownership of a high volume of queries.
• Maintaining the cost database.
• Providing customer support to our Assessment Specialists.
• General administrative duties.
