Job summary

Wing is hiring an Aspiring Sales Development Representative for a hybrid role in Makati. The candidate will engage in outbound calling, email outreach, basic qualification, and appointment setting to drive qualified pipeline.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in BPO/VA, strong communication skills, and are comfortable with a graveyard shift. Training and career growth opportunities are provided in a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in BPO/VA or related field.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity of current technologies like VoIP, cloud services, and desktop sharing.
• Proficient with MS Office and online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to prospects and follow-up on leads.
• Email outreach with personalized campaigns to prospects.
• Ask qualifying questions to determine prospect fit.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and sales reps.
• Reply to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize inbox per client preferences.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Aspiring Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)

And we're looking for an Aspiring Sales Development Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• 1. Outbound Calling: Making cold calls to prospects and following up on leads
• 2. Email Outreach: Creating and sending personalized email campaigns to prospects
• 3. Basic Qualification: Asking qualifying questions to determine prospect fit.
• 4. Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and sales representatives
• 5. Reply to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize inbox as per client preferences, and notify clients about important emails.
• 6. Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in the BPO or Virtual Assistant industry
• Experience in the sales industry is preferred
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Solid organizational & time management skills
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
• Tech-savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with noise-cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: Wing Assistant Office, 8th Floor, Finman Centre Admin Office

Salary Package: up to P50,000.00 per month for full-time

Work Arrangement Disclaimer

This position operates under a hybrid work setup:

Proximal hires (Makati and nearby areas):

Contractors within commuting distance of the Makati office will be required to report onsite as part of the hybrid arrangement during nesting.

Onsite Training Requirement:

All hires must complete a 10-day on-site training program at the Wing Assistant Office, 8th Floor, Finman Centre Admin Office in Makati City during training and nesting
