Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an HR Operations & Project Coordinator – Asia to support six Asia markets from the Philippines. You will manage HR operations, Workday administration, data integrity and employee lifecycle processes with regional HR teams.

Responsibilities include HR reporting with Power BI and Excel, regional projects, recruitment support, learning coordination and SharePoint maintenance. The role requires strong organisation, stakeholder management across cultures and discretion.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• Experience in HR operations, HRIS, reporting or project coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or regional stakeholders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, HR reporting and lifecycle processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in learning coordination, SharePoint administration or HR project implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, employment changes, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, contract renewals and terminations.
• Support Workday transactions, organisational data maintenance, position management, data cleansing and regular data quality checks.
• Maintain regional HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, Workday and other approved tools.
• Coordinate regional HR projects and recruitment support, including timelines and stakeholder inputs.
• Coordinate learning programmes and training records in Workday and learning systems.
• Maintain regional HR SharePoint site and HR communications, templates and policies.
