FCM Asia is seeking an HR Executive to provide day-to-day HR operations support across Asia markets, with a focus on the Philippines. You will partner with leaders and regional HR teams to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and global initiatives to promote a culture of trust and mutual respect.

In this role you will handle JML, Workday updates, contracts, onboarding, HR reporting, and ensure local employment law compliance while fostering positive employee relations across the

• 2–4 years of professional HR experience in a generalist or operational role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour law and basic employment practices for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Experience handling employee relations matters.
• Exposure to multi-country or regional HR support is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks across Asia region.
• Maintain HR data and Workday records accurately.
• Draft and issue employment contracts, job descriptions, and HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and training using Workday.
• Ensure timely probation reviews and HR compliance with local law.
