Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an HR Operations & Project Coordinator – Asia to provide regional HR operations, systems, reporting and project coordination support across six Asia markets.

The role supports the Director of Human Resources and regional HR team in delivering efficient, consistent and employee-focused HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities with stakeholders across

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, HR administration, HRIS, reporting or project coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or regional stakeholders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, HR reporting and lifecycle processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional HR operations and Workday administration across six markets.
• Maintain HR records, onboarding, employment changes and terminations with country HR teams.
• Develop and update HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel; ensure data quality.
• Support recruitment administration, tracking and candidate communications.
• Coordinate regional HR projects, training programs and learning initiatives.
• Maintain regional HR intranet content and stakeholder communications.
