Job summary

MBX Pro is seeking a Sales Officer to drive growth across Asia by managing client communications, guiding onboarding, and maintaining ongoing engagement with prospective and existing clients in the Philippines and wider region.

You will work with the Sales Team to expand market presence through professional client interactions, timely follow-ups, accurate account management, and high-quality service throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of sales or client servicing experience in financial services, forex, or brokerage environments.
• Experience with client onboarding and KYC processes.
• Strong telephone, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and client-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently.
• Engage with prospective clients and explain MBX's trading products, platforms, accounts, and services.
• Support the Sales Team in advancing client opportunities and onboarding processes.
• Assist clients with account-opening requirements, documentation, and KYC procedures with Compliance and Operations.
• Maintain accurate client records, activities, and communications in the CRM.
• Provide clients with guidance on deposits, withdrawals, and platform functionality.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Back Office for efficient client handling.
• Monitor activities and support regional sales initiatives and performance goals.
• Capture recurring client feedback and market observations for Sales Management.
