Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Asia seeks a CD Transformation Manager to drive the Asia CD Strategy, align programs to growth, and translate regional strategy into market-ready plans. You will collaborate with CD teams across Asia to scale best practices and lead end-to-end transformation through digitalization and high customer engagement.

You will optimize CD systems (including Magnum One CD Platforms), monitor distributor performance, upskill teams, and build a culture of winning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Development roles, distributor management and operations.
• Asian markets experience is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Ability to work in virtual, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Business acumen and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Document Asia RTM and Distributor Models; establish Distributor Life Cycle study.
• Co-lead Asia Category Growth Story and implement JBP process, TTA MT, CD Investment Framework.
• Drive efficiencies in CD Platforms and AI integration in CD.
• Expand distribution footprint; develop CD dashboards and rewards program.
• Create Asia Ice Cream Academy to upskill teams and publish channel playbooks.
