Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a transformation-minded leader to drive Asia CD strategy and end-to-end execution. You will collaborate with regional CD teams to document initiatives, scale best practices, and lead digitalization of the CD programs across markets.

The CD Transformation Manager is responsible for driving the creation and operationalization of the Asia CD Strategy. Aligning the CD Programs to the growth agenda of Asia and translating the regional strategy to a market‑ready execution plan. He/she will be directly collaborating with all the CD teams of Asia to document initiatives and scale up best practices across markets to help unlock incremental growth and lead the end‑to‑end transformation of Customer Development through digitalization and high customer engagement. This role will be influential in optimizing CD Systems (including Magnum One CD Platforms), monitoring of performance of distributor partners, upskilling of CD teams and building a TMICC CD Culture of winning through world‑class execution.

What you'll be responsible for Go-to-Market Solutions - understand, document all Asia RTM and Distributor Models, establish a Distributor Life Cycle study Drive Channel-Category Thought Leadership - Co‑lead the creation of the Asia Category Growth Story, establish a standardized JBP Process, TTA Management in MT, CD Investment Framework and Revenue Growth Management Utilization and Optimization of TMICC CD Systems - Drive the efficiencies in CD through existing CD Platforms, Document Cold Chain Mgt best practices, AI integration in CD Build a Performance Culture in Asia CD - Expansion of distribution footprint across markets, TPUT Analysis, CD Dashboards (teams, distributors) and Rewards Program Establish a Learning and Execution Framework à Build the Asia Ice Cream Academy focused on upskilling the CD Teams and creation of channel playbooks

We're looking for someone who Has experience in Customer Development roles especially in Distributor Management and Operations, Trade Marketing and Channel Development and can operate confidently in virtual engagements, multiple stakeholder environment. Experience in managing businesses in Asian Markets would be an advantage. Brings strong skills in Strategic thinking, Drive for execution excellence, Communicating and Collaborating with different nationalities, with a strong Business acumen Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownerships for results Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working
