• Troubleshoot AS/400 OS issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches and security updates, and optimize the reliability and efficiency of AS/400 environments.
• Prepare operational and compliance reports, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure third-party service providers meet agreed service levels (SLAs).
