Job summary

2GO Group Inc. is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail stores and agents within the assigned cluster in Cebu.

You will lead operations, coaching RSAs to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs while driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling of 2GO services. Responsibilities include ensuring SOP compliance, conducting store visits, managing inventory, and leading weekly business reviews.

Here's the difference you'll make

You will oversee the performance of 2GO Retail stores and Agents within the assigned cluster, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with SOPs, and achievement of revenue targets. You will manage and develop Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPIs, while driving sales growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and lead generation initiatives.

What you'll do

Cluster Management & Leadership:

• Supervise daily operations of multiple retail stores and agents within the assigned cluster.
• Monitor RSA performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs.

Operational Excellence:

• Validate timely submission of opening/closing checklists, end-of-day reports, and cash accountability reports.
• Lead Store Monthly Audit Activity and Ensure 100% compliance with remittance timelines and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee inventory management and timely replenishment of packaging supplies and travel products.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Drive sales for courier, cargo, international shipping, travel tickets, and other 2GO services across all stores in the cluster.
• Implement upselling and cross‑selling strategies, track transaction reports.
• Monitor daily revenue performance vs budget.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure SOP compliance for shipment acceptance, prohibited items screening, and DPA adherence.
• Validate CSAT push and customer information sheet completion.
• Address store transaction issues within SLA and elevate unresolved concerns promptly.

People Development:

• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for RSAs.
• Recommend training programs to enhance customer service, sales, and operational skills.
• Foster teamwork and maintain high employee engagement within the cluster.

Customer Acquisition & Marketing:

• Execute new customer acquisition activities daily.
• Conduct weekly client visits and trade marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and sales.

Administrative & Strategic:

• Manage manpower monthly scheduling with zero penalties.
• Approve RFA requests within 24 hours and supplies requests ensuring stores maintain 1-2 months' worth of inventory.
• Lead weekly store and cluster business reviews.
• Perform rental negotiations and business permit activities as needed.

Ad Hoc

• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in courier/logistics or travel services.
