Job summary

X-Vape Tech Inc. is seeking an Area/Sales role in the Philippines to visit stores and manage performance within the Albay region. The position focuses on achieving monthly KPIs, expanding channel coverage, and aligning marketing activities with the Area/Territory.

The role involves optimizing product placement, gathering retail information, protecting company assets, and providing daily reports to the Area Manager. Collaboration with Sales Supervisors is expected daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Regular Store visit within Area/Territory.
• Ensure 85% of Monthly KPIs are regularly achieved.
• Responsible for over-all channel coverage and sales growth of assigned Area/Territory.
• Responsible for over-all alignment and execution and Marketing Activities. with the Area/Territory.
• Responsible for over-all channel product placement development and performance designed to dominate market presence and market share within Area/territory.
• Responsible for over-all retail trade information gathering and consolidation within Area/Territory.
• Responsible for taking care of company’s assets and trade tools and ensure assets are utilize accordingly with company’s goals and directions.
• Submission of Daily Reports to assigned Area Manager/Sales Supervisor.
• Work Collaboration/Cooperation with assigned Area Manager/Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure responsibilities and assigned tasked are aligned with assigned Area Manager/Sales Supervisor’s
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
