Job summary

MUCH PROSPERITY TRADING INT'L INC. in Laguna invites an Area Coordinator to drive sales, ensure store execution, and maintain strong customer relationships across Lipa, Los Baños, Sta Rosa, Lucena, Carmona, and Rosario areas. Field travel within the territory is required.

You'll manage promotions, planograms, inventory, and reporting to optimize territory performance and build partnerships with store managers and concession partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and promotions to reach territory targets.
• Visit stores regularly to monitor merchandising, inventory, and availability.
• Ensure planograms, pricing, displays, and standards are followed.
• Build and maintain relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, and partners.
• Monitor stock movement and replenishment to avoid stockouts.
• Provide replenishment recommendations for fast/slow moving items.
• Track competitor activities and promotional actions in the territory.
• Deploy promotional materials and support campaigns and events.
• Prepare territory reports and store performance evaluations.

Job Summary:

The Area Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory by ensuring excellent store execution, product availability, merchandising standards, and customer relationships. The role works closely with store personnel and internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to achieve territory sales targets.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory levels, and product availability.

• Ensure proper implementation of planograms, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.

• Build and maintain good relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and concession partners.

• Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and delivery status to avoid out-of-stock situations.

• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items and provide recommendations for replenishment.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the territory.

• Ensure proper deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.

• Support marketing campaigns, store activations, and trade events.

• Prepare and submit territory reports, sales updates, and store performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field; undergraduate is welcome to apply.

• Experience in Sales, Retail Operations (SM, Gaisano group, other local retail stores), or Field Work is an advantage.

• Knowledge in inventory monitoring and merchandising is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
