Job summary

X-Vape Tech Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Associate to drive distribution and market presence in the Ilocos Norte region.

You will conduct store visits, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with Area Managers to execute sales and marketing plans. This role focuses on expanding channel coverage, optimizing product placement, collecting retail data, and reporting daily progress to support growth and asset utilization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Regular Store visits within Area/Territory.
• Ensure 85% of Monthly KPIs are regularly achieved.
• Responsible for over-all channel coverage and sales growth of assigned Area/Territory.
• Responsible for over-all alignment and execution and Marketing Activities with the Area/Territory.
• Responsible for over-all channel product placement development and performance designed to dominate market presence and market share within Area/territory.
• Responsible for over-all retail trade information gathering and consolidation within Area/Territory.
• Responsible for taking care of company’s assets and trade tools and ensure assets are utilize accordingly with company’s goals and directions.
• Submission of Daily Reports to assigned Area Manager/Sales Supervisor.
• Work Collaboration/Cooperation with assigned Area Manager/Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure responsibilities and assigned tasked are aligned with assigned Area Manager/Sales Supervisor’s
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
