The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales within the assigned territory by developing distributor and key account relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives.

The role leads the Sales Executives, expands market opportunities, and guides the team in executing effective sales and customer engagement strategies to hit targets across Davao City and surrounding areas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, including 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales and profitability goals by representing Hospeco Philippines Inc. in assigned accounts and territory.
• Expand market opportunities, manage customer relationships, and lead the Sales Executives to deliver sustainable sales results.
• Guide the team in implementing sales, telemarketing, and customer engagement approaches to reach targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities.
• Analyze market conditions, customer insights, and competitor activities to develop sales forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with internal departments and address customer concerns to ensure service delivery.
• Perform responsibilities in line with company policies and guidelines.
• Directly reporting to the National Sales Manager / Country Manager.

Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales within the assigned territory by developing distributor and key account relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability goals by representing Hospeco Philippines Inc. with dedication, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer care within assigned accounts and territories.

• Expand market opportunities, manage customer relationships, and lead the Sales Executives in delivering sustainable sales results.

• Support and guide the team in implementing effective sales, telemarketing, and customer engagement approaches to achieve targets.

• Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities.

• Analyze market conditions, customer insights, and competitor activities to develop accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Coordinate order fulfillment activities with internal departments while proactively addressing customer concerns to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Perform assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and established operational guidelines.

• Directly reporting to the National Sales Manager / Country Manager.
