DPO Consumer Goods Trading in Cagayan seeks an Area Sales Manager to lead the sales team across Cagayan. You will drive business growth, supervise and coach Sales Executives, and implement strategies to meet targets while expanding market share.

You will coordinate with Brand Manager and internal teams, monitor performance, and ensure timely reporting and compliance. Willingness to travel within Cagayan is required for this role.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team is preferred.
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and travel within Cagayan.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop Sales Executives within Cagayan.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, area coverage, and team performance.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, customer acquisition, and account development.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across Cagayan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop Sales Executives within Cagayan.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, area coverage, and team performance.

• Identify opportunities for market expansion, customer acquisition, and account development.

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and provide performance feedback to Sales Executives.

Qualifications

• Experience handling and leading a sales team is preferred.
