Job summary

DPO Consumer Goods Trading in Benguet is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across the Benguet area. The role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

You will train and develop Sales Executives, implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and build relationships with dealers and key accounts while ensuring reports and compliance.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.
• Must be willing to conduct regular fieldwork and travel within Benguet.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across Benguet.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop Sales Executives within Benguet.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, area coverage, and team performance.

• Identify opportunities for market expansion, customer acquisition, and account development.

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and provide performance feedback to Sales Executives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.

• Support the team in resolving customer concerns and sales challenges.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with the Brand Manager and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports and other required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related course.

• With experience in automotive or motor industry.

• Experience handling and leading a sales team is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledgeable in sales planning, customer acquisition, account management, and KPI monitoring.

• Results-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Must be willing to conduct regular fieldwork and travel within Benguet.
