Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a competent Sales Professional to establish contacts with prospect clients and drive distributor relationships across the assigned area.

You will focus on field sales, develop the total business, and coach distributor sales personnel to achieve targets. You should hold a degree in Marketing or related fields, have at least 3 years of solid sales experience in distribution or retail, and be ready to travel within Rizal/Pasig

Qualifications

• Bachelor/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is an advantage.
• At least 3 years solid sales experience in distribution or retail market.
• Computer literate with data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing contacts and developing relationship with prospect clients; recommending solutions.
• Responsible in over-all area performance and development of distributor aligned to MPCTI directions.
• Managing and development of total business of the assigned area.
• Monitors day-to-day sales & distribution activity and schedules route-ride of Distributor Sales Personnel.
• Coaches and responsible for the development of Distributor Sales Personnel in his/her field.
• Conduct regular scheduled visits with distributors and partner stores on business status, issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing Specialist in developing the assigned area.
• Responsible for sales plan and programs of the area to hit targets within budget.
• Tasked to create effective yet efficient sales promo/program as needed.
• 80% field work and 20% administrative work.
• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and variances.
• Perform other MPCTI sustainability activities as assigned.
• Directly reporting to District Sales Leader.

• Responsible in over-all area performance and development of distributor aligned to MPCTI directions.
• Managing and development of total business of the assigned area
• Responsible in monitoring the day-to-day sales & distribution activity/operation and schedule route-ride of Distributor Sales Personnel.
• Will do coaching and responsible for the development of Distributor Sales Personnel in his/her field.
• Must conduct regular schedule visit with distributors and partner stores on discussion of business status, issues and concerns.
• Must have collaboration with Trade Marketing Specialist in developing the assigned area
• Responsible in sales plan and programs of the area to help him/her to hit the set target, yet cost effective and efficient. All programs must work within the budget allocated.
• Tasked to create an effective yet efficient sales promo/program as needed.
• Must allot 80% of time in field work and 20% on administrative works.
• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and details/reasons on variances/deficiencies.
• Perform on other activities related to MPCTI business sustainability that may be assigned.
• Directly reporting to District Sales Leader.
• A Graduate of Bachelor / College Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is an advantage.
• Must haveat least 3 years solid sales experienceinDistribution, Operation in retail market and the likes
• Computer literate and proficient in data analysis and reportorial requirements
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and with good leadership qualities
