Job summary

Csod is seeking an Area Operations Manager in Pasay, Metro Manila, to lead store initiatives, implement business plans and policies, and motivate store teams to meet goals while upholding the Watsons customer-centric ethos.

The role focuses on maintaining service standards, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring business continuity. You will coordinate across formats to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Evaluates O+O customer service standard level and initiates tactical strategy to improve customer experience.
• Drives, monitors and reviews sales performance and recommends actions to deliver sales budget across store formats within the coverage area.
• Analyzes, develops and initiates measures to drive profitability through effective cost management.
• Ensures consistency on the implementation of plans and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Responds and activates protocols for better Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans.
• Identifying, creating, implementing and monitoring team performance, development and engagement.
