Job summary

A prominent retail company is seeking an individual to ensure effective sales growth through monitoring and analyzing sales trends in Iloilo City. The role involves coordinating performance with Area Supervisors, scheduling training, and ensuring compliance on various reports. Additionally, the individual will conduct audits and lead set-up teams for outlets while providing excellent customer service. The position demands strong leadership and organizational skills, essential for a successful retail operation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales trend per assigned area.
• Create a strategized performance in coordination with the Area Supervisor for effective sales growth.
• Schedule training programs for staff.
• Coordinate with store head to evaluate performance behavior of Area Supervisors.
• Assist and guide Area Supervisors in decision-making.
• Submit detailed Weekly Area report.
• Audit variance of area.
• Ensure no slow-moving items and overstock in outlets.
• Monitor compliance of Area Supervisors on required reports.
• Conduct regular visits to all outlets for store audits.
• Lead the set-up team for new and existing outlets.
• Support the Operations Manager in providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor prompt and accurate compliance of Area Supervisors on reports required by the company such as sales matrix, month-end store inventory, competitive price check, and all related documents required by Immediate Superior.
• Conduct regular visits to all outlets to administer store audit ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed such as: no slow-moving items left in small accounts, bad orders are promptly addressed through proper documentation, no overstock or out-of-stock items in store, adherence to shelf planogram, and proper implementation of Mass Display.
• Lead the set-up team for both new and existing outlets to make sure that proper store planogram will be followed.
• Support the Operations Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in making sure that the skills and personality of store personnel are within standard.

• Schedule training programs for staff.

Reports and Monitoring

• Coordinate with SM's store head to check on the performance behavior and work relations of Area Supervisors.
• Provide an objective evaluation on a semi-annual basis or as required by Immediate Supervisor per Area Supervisors.
• Assist and guide Area Supervisors in decision-making in agreement and coordination with the Immediate Superior.
• Submit detailed Weekly Area report.

Inventory Control

• Audit variance of area.
• Action point for store damages.
• Ensure no slow-moving items and overstock in outlets.
• Ensure on-time replenishments by maintaining no out-of-stock of fast-moving items in outlets.

Supervision

• Regularly monitor execution of operating procedures.
• Monitor prompt and accurate compliance of Area Supervisors on reports required by the company such as sales matrix, month-end store inventory, competitive price check, and all related documents required by Immediate Superior.
