Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple stores in Metro Manila. You will set targets, supervise service crews, monitor outlets, and drive sales performance across the region.

The role requires 2–5 years in restaurant or fast-food management, a bachelor's degree in business administration, and residence in or near North Caloocan/SJDM Bulacan. Local travel and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the operations of several stores; set targets, supervise the service crew and ensure targets are attained.
• Monitor all outlets under area, achieve sales targets, manage inventory, controls, and quality.
• Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
• Perform monthly audits and evaluate quality, service, and customer feedback.
• Implement and maintain local and marketing initiatives; provide outlet visit reports and sales performance updates.
• Provide weekly itinerary and manage petty cash replenishment.
• Hire and train service crews; support opening of company-owned outlets in the region.
• Coordinate with Logistics on weekly supply orders, deliveries, and maintenance; liaise with agency partners on performance and issues.
• Institute safeguards on funds, assets, and company properties; maximize facility and equipment efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and enforce Employee Code of Conduct.

Job description

• Organize and oversee the operations of several stores. Their responsibility for the overall success of the stores is by setting targets, supervising the service crew, and ensuring they are attained.
• Responsible for monitoring all existing company/franchise outlets under the area of responsibility. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls, and quality management of stores.
• Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
• Performs monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluation of the outlets.
• Implement and maintain all local and marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.

• Responsible for hiring and training service crews.

• Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of facilities and equipment.
• Monitor compliance of projects to all regulatory requirements.
• Enforce and follow the Employee Code of Conduct

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration or any related course.
• Must have 2 - 5 years’ experience in the industry or field. With experience in Restaurants or Fast food Management.
• Preferably a residence of North Caloocan and SJDM Bulacan etc. or any nearby cities.
