Potato Corner is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Philippines, set targets, and supervise the service crew to ensure consistent quality and performance.

You will monitor sales, inventory controls, and adherence to brand standards, conduct training, hire staff, assist openings of company-owned outlets, and coordinate with logistics for weekly orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Responsabilités

• Organize and oversee the operations of several stores, setting targets and supervising the service crew.
• Monitor all outlets under the area of responsibility to achieve sales targets, inventory controls, and quality management.
• Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
• Perform monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluation of the outlets.
• Implement and maintain local and marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
• Hire and train service crews and support opening of company-owned outlets in the region.
• Coordinate with Logistics regarding weekly supply orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Agency partners regarding performance and issues.
• Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets and company properties.
• Monitor compliance of projects to regulatory requirements.
• Enforce and follow the Employee Code of Conduct.
• Ad Hoc: perform other tasks assigned.

• Responsible for monitoring all existing company/franchise outlets under the area of responsibility. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls, and quality management of stores.
• Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
• Performs monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluation of the outlets.
• Implement and maintain all local and marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
• Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
• Supports the opening of company-owned outlets in the region.
• Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supply orders, scheduled delivery, and/or service maintenance.
• Coordinates with Agency partners regarding performance, concerns, and issues
• Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of facilities and equipment.
• Monitor compliance of projects to all regulatory requirements.
• Enforce and follow the Employee Code of Conduct

Ad Hoc

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration or any related course.
• Must have 2 - 5 years’ experience in the industry or field. With experience in Restaurants or Fast food Management.
• Preferably a residence of North Caloocan and SJDM Bulacan etc. or any nearby cities.
