Job summary

Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee several stores in the CARAGA region, ensuring targets are met across sales, inventory, and quality.

You will supervise service crews, conduct training, perform audits, coordinate with logistics and agencies, and drive local marketing initiatives while safeguarding assets and enforcing conduct.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in the industry, preferably in restaurant or fast-food management.
• Residence in CARAGA Region or nearby cities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee operations of multiple stores to meet targets.
• Supervise service crew and ensure attainment of store targets.
• Monitor all outlets under area of responsibility and achieve sales, inventory, and quality goals.
• Conduct quality management training for service crew.
• Perform monthly audits on quality, service, and customer evaluation.
• Implement and maintain local marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits and sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and manage petty cash replenishment.
• Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
• Support opening of company-owned outlets in the region.
• Coordinate with Logistics about weekly supply orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Agency partners regarding performance and issues.
• Institute safeguards on funds and assets; recommend improvements.
• Monitor compliance of projects to regulatory requirements.
• Enforce the Employee Code of Conduct.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education

• Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supply orders, scheduled delivery, and/or service maintenance.

• Coordinates with Agency partners regarding performance, concerns, and issues

• Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of facilities and equipment.

• Monitor compliance of projects to all regulatory requirements.

• Enforce and follow the Employee Code of Conduct

Ad Hoc

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration or any related course.

• Must have 2 - 5 years’ experience in the industry or field. With experience in Restaurants or Fast food Management.

• Preferably a residence of CARAGA Region (including Surigao del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Dinagat Islands, Agusan del Sur, Agusan del Norte) etc. or any nearby cities.
