Job summary

Potato Corner Philippines is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee several stores in Pasig and nearby areas, setting targets and guiding service teams to achieve them.

You will monitor sales, inventory, and quality, conduct audits, train staff, manage hiring, and coordinate with logistics and agencies to ensure smooth operations. This role requires 2–5 years in restaurant management and a business degree.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in the restaurant or fast-food management industry.
• Preferably residing in Pasig City or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of operations for multiple Potato Corner stores, setting targets and guiding service teams.
• Monitor sales targets, inventory, controls, and store quality.
• Conduct quality management and training for service crews.
• Perform monthly audits and evaluations of outlets.
• Implement and maintain local and marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits and sales performance.
• Coordinate weekly itineraries and petty cash replenishment.
• Recruit and train service crews; support opening of company-owned outlets.
• Coordinate with Logistics for weekly orders and delivery schedules; liaise with agency partners.
• Institute safeguards on funds and assets; enforce regulatory compliance and conduct.
• Enforce Employee Code of Conduct; perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job description

• Organize and oversee the operations of several stores. Their responsibility for the overall success of the stores is by setting targets, supervising the service crew, and ensuring they are attained.
• Responsible for monitoring all existing company/franchise outlets under the area of responsibility. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls, and quality management of stores.
• Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
• Performs monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluation of the outlets.
• Implement and maintain all local and marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
• Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
• Supports the opening of company-owned outlets in the region.
• Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supply orders, scheduled delivery, and/or service maintenance.
• Coordinates with Agency partners regarding performance, concerns, and issues
• Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of facilities and equipment.
• Monitor compliance of projects to all regulatory requirements.
• Enforce and follow the Employee Code of Conduct

Ad Hoc

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration or any related course.
• Must have 2 - 5 years’ experience in the industry or field. With experience in Restaurants or Fast food Management.
• Preferably a residence of Pasig City etc. or any nearby cities.
