Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead area-level execution within the Philippines. You will drive performance across multiple IFCs, optimize capacity, and ensure consistent service delivery to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include KPI and SLA governance, manpower planning, data-driven MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination with vendors to resolve dependencies and close operational gaps with sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail operations.
• Strong analytics and ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor area-level operations across IFCs.
• Drive performance KPIs and identify actions to improve productivity and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity with optimized resource allocation.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality to meet customer expectations.
• Analyse operational data and prepare MIS reports for performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions for sustainable improvements.
