Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Delivery Manager to ensure safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of products from DCWH to stores across the Philippines. You will lead transportation operations, manage 3PLs, monitor KPIs, and align logistics with business growth.

You will collaborate with DC Operations, Inventory Control, Store Operations, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and external providers to optimize routes, budgets, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in logistics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, dispute resolution and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store delivery and e-commerce transportation operations.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers and courier partners.
• Own and improve KPIs: OTD, Delivery Success Rate, Cost per Delivery and more.
• Prepare annual transportation budgets and monitor expenses vs. budget.
• Investigate delivery incidents, perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Lead logistics projects such as warehouse start-ups, relocations, and network redesigns.
