Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Operations leader to oversee area-level operations, drive performance, and ensure consistent execution across all IFCs.

You will lead manpower planning, monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality, perform MIS data analyses, and coordinate with vendors to deliver timely, cost-efficient service. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel within Southern Luzon.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail chain Operations.
• Strong operational and business acumen with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills for high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within Southern Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor area-level operations, ensuring consistent execution, capacity, and performance across all assigned IFCs.
• Drive IFC performance and operational KPIs, identifying trends and actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity, ensuring optimal resource allocation with business volume and requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality, aligning with customer and business expectations.
• Analyse operational data and prepare MIS reports, providing actionable insights for performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, timely execution, and resolution of dependencies.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely closure and sustainable improvements.
